Maple and Cayenne Spiced Nuts

Nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans and Brazil nuts are my favorite snacks, a handful of these snacks pack a powerful nutritional punch. Walnuts, pecans and chestnuts are a great source of antioxidants, while almonds and cashews are linked to lower cholesterol, weight loss and better heart health.  Healthy fats in these nuts assist is weight loss along with fibers and plenty of vitamins and minerals. Maple cayenne spiced nuts are a low calorie, delicious and easy to prepare snack, they have a  a spicy kick from cayenne and slightly sweet crunch from maple syrup. These roasted nuts are so damn good, watch out for people going nuts (hahaha!). I doubt there will be any leftovers, but in case you do, they can be store for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Have a lovely day! xx
